File Explorer does'nt work

Can anyone tell me why my 'File Explorer" quit working after I installed the WD My Cloud software? I have installed the newest firmware etc…(File Explorer would not come up with the old software either). Using Win 8.1 pro.

Have you tried resetting the unit after the update?
