I was watching avi file and suddenly subtitles stoped… file was stile going on, but i kept pressing buttons but didnt worked. and i turned of and on wdtv live and then that avi file i was watching was deleted? how is that possible?
i was using latest firmware . i have hitachi external disk… it happened first time. i just want to know is that normal?
Some people have reported disappearing files (not during playback though) which is unreproducible so far but might be avoided by always propely ejecting the HDD. You should test the HDD attached to a computer to see if the file turns up again.
