File appears to not back ukp

I installed the MyCloud device on my network on 7/28/16. I have it set to continuous backup. When I got into retrieve files and go to the directory to check the last backup it is showing 8/1/16 along with older version of the file. The current saved file dated 8/5/16 and earlier version after 8/1/16 are not showing so I am concerned the MYCloud is not backing up my files as it should. I have tried disabling the backup and then starting it again and it says successful and I get a check mark under it but the new file is not in the backed up file list.

Check on the settings of the backup software and see how many versions of the files is set to save.

Depending on what you have set on the file history, the software will keep those version on the drive.
