Fed up with port fordwarding eror and WIFI connection (Ipad)

I have tried and followed all advices and discussions how to enable my Ipad to connect to my WD My Cloud. There are no problems to connect my Ipad and NAS when they’re on the same network - it means my home network. - but it is impossibile to connect from external network.  I have tried every type of settings (eg. http://community.wd.com/t5/WD-My-Cloud/HOW-TO-Troubleshooting-Remote-Connectivity-Issues/m-p/617261#M1130) . I have BTHub 3 router.

What else should I take into account?

HI Leo13

If you have followed the instructions step by step then you already know where the problem is. Your ISP and or the router. Did you check with them?  some IPS will block certain ports, did yo check with them? Some router with firewall wil also block?  You really should check it out with BT.
