Faulty plug


I’ve an external hard drive (2 TO), and the plug is broken, we can see cable, and sometimes the current. The apilance is always in warranty, until 2013.

So, if I want to send the hard drive to the after-sales department, I must just to send the plug, or the hard drive and the plug together ? 

I hope you’ll understand what I mean, because I’m French, and my English isn’t very perfect…
