Family Folder not accessible after update

Hi Support,

I have 3 users in my cloud home and every one could access “Family Folder” from their computer without needing to view it from the browser. But with this latest update, they can only access the Family Folder from browser and no more shows as a drive in their computer. Can you please help me resolve this?

Unable to see Family folder ← it was a feature change and not a bug. As you can see, a lot of people are hoping they will revert it. I hope they do, cause the drive is basically a brick for us right now after setting everything up and having it run smoothly.

Still waiting for the update to bring back the family folder on the Z drive. Need a timeline asap, I have multiple people that need access to this through their Z drive to steam line their daily tasks.
