I had an issue where my first My Cloud Home faulted, and underwarranty,I received a refurbished one. However after setting up the new one, I noticed there is no Family folder. How do I get this back?

Just as I [recover data from water damaged iPhone ] using an iPhone data recovery software, you can also apply a computer data recovery program to retrieve your deleted file/folder. iF THIS WORKS for you. Thanks
