Im trying to get information/photo of other WD20EARS made in 2011, to confirm that looking at hdd sticker can tell if its Valid or Not… my s/n is correct on WD Guarante page, but WD Support after looking at my Sticker said that my HDD is NOT VALID.

So people, please post your sticke photo to confirm that it should be same like in 2010!

Hi there, you mention that the serial number is “correct” on the warranty page, but does it have any warranty at all? I mean, that should get you started…
