Failure to synchronise

My My Cloud device started giving successive synchronization errors even after uninstalling and reinstalling the software on windows. I decided to format the PC, and it started to work beautifully. But when windows last updated, it failed again with the same problem.
Do I have to change any definitions? I appreciate your help.

I have a My Cloud device not a My Cloud Home, so the software in the link you refere is not supported.

For what i understood, the problem starts with a big update in windows10.

there anything else i can do it?
