I have a Macbook Pro with Sierra 10.12. I tried to download WD Discovery for my mycloudhome but the software won’t install. It just says “failed to install” without any error code. I don’t have antivirus or any security settings set to prevent this. This is the first app I have been unable to install.
Western Digital has been unable to solve the issue and neither has Apple.
Has anyone had this issue or know how to fix it?
I have the same issue , in iMac with last Mac osx sierra and every wd software i try to install didn’t gone and didn’t work. This is so bad.
There’s a solutions ?
