Failing to connect to device that was previously working

Hi and thanks for your help,
I am using the My Cloud Mirror 8TB and had set it up and was using it fine. I was able to access from my phone, the desktop app (Win7), and the web app. A little while back I suddenly could no longer access it. Each method came back with a “cannot connect to the device” error. Power cycling the drive did not resolve this but power cycling the drive and router did. It worked for a while but now it has gone offline again and this time power cycling is not resolving the problem. I have made no system or hardware changes during this time and cannot think of any other changes that could explain this.

What is going on? Has anyone else experienced this?
