Failed to load locale files from "Program Files\Western Digital\WD Smartware\Locale"

This is  inside a menu titled " WDContextMenuHandler "

Whenever I right click on anything in my computer  this error comes up.  Any solutions?

also, i tried to un install the software and it will not allow me to. I have win 7 professional.

Has anyone found a solution to this problem? I have am experiencing the same issue. I have contacted support but have not had a reply.
