Hi. I have a MyCloudEX2 Ultra. My problem is when I enter power saving mode. When accessing the NAS via iphone, ipad. The NAS is activated but it throws me an error. It turns off or gives me an error in the power supply. “Check the power supply”. I have not tested their behavior with Windows. The Firmware is 2.30.165.

Did you try rebooting your My Cloud EX2 Ultra manually from the dashboard or running a system diagnostic test under “Utilities”?
