Failed request received during this safepoint operation. (402002)

I’m trying to setup a safepoint backup from my MyCloud drive to a Ubuntu server that is on network. When I get to the last step, to create the safepoint either now or later, either option shows the error : Failed request received during this safepoint operation. (402002). I’ve tried everything I can think of but can’t get this to work. Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?
