Fail to acess My Cloud remotely via WD2Go

Hi. I have a My Cloud device woprking OK, except when trying to access remotely using WD2Go from my Windows phone. I login and can display folders, but when it comes to opening a folder to see files, I get the error messages “no network available”. What am I missing to do? Thanks

The WD2Go app for Windows Phone is no longer supported. If one is using the web portal make sure one’s My Cloud has been updated to the latest firmware.

What Windows phone app can I use instead of WDMyCloud2Go, pls?
