Hello,
I would like to perform a factory restore on my disc but cannot succeed. When I try to perform quick or full restore thru dashboard nothing happens (a window appears saying that the restore in progress, but there appears no progress, the percentage is 0% even after 24 hours). When I try to perform the factory restore during command window (using putty after enabling ssh from dashboard, with the shell command factoryRestore.sh on the root folder) the process does not progress after the following warning:
Can you please help me how to reset me disc to the factory settings?
