Factory formatting with WD Quick Formatter

Hi guys!

I have a 3TB external WD (My Book). I already partitioned the disk on 3 partitions with Win 7 tool. Now I need to reformat only one partition of them with WD Quick Formatter (factory default) for backing up Win 7. Is it possible to format only one partition or I got to format the entire disk?

You should be able to do that with the standard windows formatter.
