The option to post a screen shot to facebook untill today was working.I now get this box “your post to facebook has failed. please check your network connection or make sure your post meets facebook guidelines”. I haven’t changed anything on the unit or facebook.app platform on fb is on.Any help would be great, thanks.

Are you experiencing issues with any other service? Facebook is always undergoing updates and it can affect host devices.

no other issues with anything, it just stopped working.

Maybe you should try contacting WD’s Technical Support about this. You can do so either by phone or email.

did this problem get resolved for you? I am having the same problem. My Facebook is completely, cant post any statuses and none of my screenshots from movies fail to be upload to Facebook

No, they have offered me a  one time replacement of the unit but I think I’m going to buy an android box instead.
