I hadn’t had such a problem before, but now the drive is extremely slow, even on a gigabit network … browsing folders takes a few minutes and downloads are in kbps … most of the time the disk is unavailable from mobile phone … I’m very angry … I bought Synology ds120j and it is NOT comparable! MyCloud Home is worth …

Totaly agree with you but give us chance to fix that issue. it’s inbelievable that gigabit transfert is up to 18 Mb/s; impossible to backup data and use wd for stream its videos for example. sometimes, cloud became invisible for others devices on network.

my device is moving folders at 100Kb/s . it’s incredibile slow. And very noisy
