Extra app on ipad wd2go for mbl

Hi can anyone please help i am trying to access 2 users from my ipad ie admin which connects ok through the wg2go app but i would like to access another user i’ve set up in the settings in the dashboard section and it has given me a access code but i can’t seem to download the extra app to my ipad to activate it am i missing the plot here and you can only have 1 user and 1 app on the ipad

One user per iPad.

If you need to change users, you have to delete one on the MBL.
