I own a Western Digital WD TV Live Hub, I am using a Western Digital 500GB external usb hard drive and it seems to only read up to 100 files? How would I make it read all the files?
There’s no Limit on the amount of files you can get from USB drive. Try ejecting and powercycling ( disconnect-reconnect) the USB drive , then wait until the HUB compiles the media library, it could take a couple of minutes depending on the amount of files the drive has.
Thanks, factory reset seemed to of helped with the usb drive disconected, I think it also has something to do with how the files are displayed.
