External Storage For MySQL On Windows 2019 Server

Using a second NET PORT of on the server machine, and a Fixed IP address of on the EX2
I can login to the EX2 (HISTORIAN) by typing from browser on server machine
It sees the EX2 in the Network
I created a user account and created a group added user to group and set permissions
But when I click on the EX2 in the network on the server it says \HISTORIAN Windows can not access \HISTORIAN
What am I missing

I solved the issue
I had to create a Windows Credentials using HISTORIAN as the user

So after I mapped a directory as a drive. I tried to redirect MySQL to read/write files to that directory
I followed the MySql directions but it fails
My suspect would be the EX2 is still not set up
I think I need a public account with no password or account access required

SO none of this is working for me
I simply need to have the system see this as a simple external storage device with out all of the
permissions and setup in the my cloud software
