Hello

I have a new WD My Cloud and will use an external SSD-Memory via 

USB. But I cannot see this device anywhere.

Can you helb, what is wrong?

Access from Mac an IOS devices needed

Has it worked before? The USB device should appear as a share in the list of share in the device dashboard.
