Can anyone help me to find a solution for the problem that I have.
I’ve bought and WD Elements External HDD 1TB on 2013, so I cannot remember the serial number or the product number.
The problem is that this hard disk is working fine in some machines but not in all machines.
So I’ve connected it in my PC and I so that the hard drive light is staying ON (statically) and not blinking, but when I search it in Device manager, Disk management I cannot see it anywhere. My machine is HP ZBook so all USB ports are 3.0 and higher, and also the cable I’m using it is 3.0, but still no any signals about finding it.
Does anyone have any idea why it happens, or do you have any solution about it.
