i have an external 1 tb my passport and its not working…
1.i can feel the disc vibrating when i plug it into the usb port & it sometimes gets detected for a few moments before vanishing again.
Tried changing USB ports & cables… even tried to workon different computer but the problem was not solved…
It does not get shown in Disc Management…
Have you tried looking at device manager? Can you see any yellow triangle there? If yes, you just need to update ses driver. Also make sure that the laptop power adapter is directly connected to a wall outlet.
