Hey, I was wondering if there is a high quality military grade encryption like inorkey except in software form so that I could apply it to my WD My Passport Essential 500gb USB 2.0. I would graetly appreciate any input on this issue as I have files THAT NEED TO BE ENCRYPTED.

Which model number of Passport do you have?
Most of the Passports have hardware encryption as a standard feature.
If your passport is a Smartware passport, it has a security area on the settings. This will make the drive unable to mount unless the password you assign to it is introduced. Earlier versions of passports dont have this feature as far as I know.
