External Hard Drive problem

Hi I can not get any of m 3 WD Live MPs to detect my external hard drive. It has always worked before, without problems. I can get it to work on my PC and it will detect a smaller flash drive.

Just getting blinking light but no connection.

I’d recommend running a diagnostic test in the affected hard drive and test other units as well with your media players. I’d also check the USB cable in case it’s a power output issue.
