my external hard drive stopped working suddenly.
i ran the diagnostic but it keep saying 0mb
the model is my book 3tb
it shows up on devise manager but not on my computer
also on disk management it says disk not initialized and when i try to it says
the request could not be performed because of an i/o device error
Try a different USB cable or different computer
it started working but the drive has become very slow
it failed the data lifeguard diagnostics and when it try to repair it it doesent repair it either.
can you tell me how to go about it
