Hello, i have a new My Passport ULTRA external hard drive and when i connect it via USB on my computer (Windows 10), nothing shows up… i checked my (devices & drives) file but, it’s not detecting the device… i plugged my hard drive in to my Xbox one and the same thing, it does not detect the device.Although, with both the computer and the Xbox one the hard drive is spinning and the light on the front is on… does anyone have some advice please? Thank you

Check Disk Management to check the health status and the file system of the hard drive.
