My Fujitsu 1.5 tb external freezes the wdtv when connected and “unfreezes” the wdtv when disconnected. It has only recently some this as it worked fine previously. Is there any fix for this or will I have to get a new drive? Thanks in advance for any help.
Hi, some of the files in the elements might be corrupted, have you tried using another external hard drive or USB memory and check if the same thing happens?
I also have a 4GB memory stick which is working fine.
I will try and have thedrive checked.
