My external says it needs to be formatted when i try to enter it. I tried to format is but windows says its unable to finish. Now the external is a RAW file system and wont work. How do I fix this?
Hi, try using DLG to run a test, if it completes successfully select the option to write zeros and then format it again, if it fails call tech support to see if you can replace it. Check the links below the steps.
