Hi!
I just purchased the instrument. Works fine. But all my files (video and audio) are in an external hard drive connected to the laptop. So when I try to get those files, these do not show up. In the Music menu, only the drive is recognized but content is blank. In the Video menu, even the drive is not recognized. I do not want to transfer all media into a separate drive and connect via USB if possible. Any help is appreciated!
