I have four (4) WD 4.0TB in my cloud EX4 that I have test using WD LifeGuard Diagnostics and I got the following results below: Is there any solution for me to able to fix the HD?

Seems like the drive has gone bad.

You can replace the drive through by following the steps given in the link if your drive is under-warranty.
