ext2 /wd backup not finding device

HI there,

I am trying to backup using the WD Backup software and the WS EXT2 as the destination and have opened the ports on the ext2 and on my router but the WD Backup does not see the device remotely, all its sees it drop-box. I have followed all directions still not able to back up remotely. I can see the ext2 locally. I really need it working both locally but more so remotely at a different location. Anyone with any ideas at all??

WD Backup is working as intended. It does not perform remote backups.
