Ext hard disk locked

I am having  WD My passport  I don’t know how but it is locked. I remember the password bu it is not giving  any option to enter.

I tried many times and different  laptop but not giving option to put password…

How can I get passport prompt?

Try on a different user account like guest account or another PC.
