I have a WD My Book Live 2TB. Since 2011. Last week I copied an mp4 file of about 2.8GB from laptop to the Public/Shared Videos folder of the WD My Book Live. I then walked away for a while and when I returned no file was visible in the Public/Shared Videos folder…
It seems to me that all the video files do still take up the corresponding space on the WD My Book and thus may no longer be visible or something. It had about 2000 files and a total of about 250 GB of data on it.
Does anyone have any idea how I can make my files visible again or get them back?
