exFat partition on PiDrrive

Is it possible to have an exFat partition on the PiDrive, if so how do I set it up ??

I have done it. Look here on how to partition the drive ( Raspberry Pi Documentation - Raspberry Pi hardware) Read the section entitled “PREPARE THE USB STORAGE DEVICE”. In the first white box, they detail how to format the drive.
