WD My Passport Ultra 1TB–I go to the backup tab: click on set backup frequency and after setting the frequency (either continuous backup or scheduled backup) I get a box that reads “The task image is corrupt or has been tampered with. (Exception from HRESULT: 0X80041321)”. What does this mean and what do I have to do? Thank you for any help that you can offer.

Have you tried uninstalling the software and then installing it again to see if this helps you out.
