EX4100 Web Management 403 Forbidden

Hi

In trying to debug/fix a problem with throughput to/from the EX4100 from an ESXi host I have moved the NAS to a separate VLAN in my network. Is it not possible to access the web portal from a different subnet? I can ping and open SMB shares fine so connectivity exists.

It seems that it is an issue with router configuration. It is best to contact the ISP in order to resolve the issue.

This issue isn’t anything to do with the networking equipment, if I get a forbidden page from the EX it means connectivity is fine but the end device is refusing to serve content.

Try accessing the dashboard on another browser using the IP address.

The issue persists for any device not on the same subnet as the EX4100.
