So whats the major difference?
They both look to offer the same features. (although looks like one has an Arm and one has an Atom)
Do they both perform the same? Not sure which to get.

My Cloud EX4100
I examined the two sites. I do not see any visual differences on the devices. The only specification that seems different is the interfaces (from those pages). The processers are different.
EX=Expert Series, target market: Prosumers, Creative professionals
DL=Business Series, target market: Small Office, Home Office
EX4100: 3 x USB 3.0 (1 front, 2 rear), 2 x Gigabit Ethernet
DL4100: 2 x USB 3.0, 1 x USB 2.0, 2 x Gigabit Ethernet
Process Diffferences:
EX4100: Marvel® ARMADA® 1.6 GHz dual-core
DL4100: Intel® Atom™ C2338 1.7 GHz Dual-Core
While they both come with 2GB RAM, on a different site, it indicated that the DL series was exapandable to 6GB.
