EX4100 set Alert Emails

My Cloud OS 3 Personal & Network Attached Storage My Cloud EX Series

Hi all , may need you all advice on how to set the Alert Emails for EX4100?
I already configure the email and press the “Send Test Mail” still not able to receive any mail.

May i know is there any other configuration need to set and where can i set my email relay server on EX4100?
