EX4100 make samba configuration persistent

Hello,
due to security concerns I want to enforce SMB signing in the network. The only device that is not accessible when signing is enforced is EX4100. I think adding ‘server signing = mandatory’ to smb.conf would resolve the issue, but once I reboot the device the config file goes back to the default values. Is there a way to make the change persistent?

Upgrade to OS 5 and it will address the security issue and it will work.

Can you elaborate? I’m on 5.16.105 and when I enable the Windows policy Microsoft network client: Digitally sign communications (always), I’m not presented with network shares. Instead I get "Windows cannot access \\wd_name
