just got my ex4100, has 4 - 4 tb drives
two I put in, lights under thos are red not green
also I want two different sets
two 4tb as a raid and the other two 4tb as another set
cant find anything to help me

Hello aroff,
Yes, you can do this after creating two volumes of each 2 4TB drives and configure them under two different RAID volumes. You may follow below steps in this regards:
First, remove 2 drives from My Cloud EX4100 and keep only 2 drives
Login on My Cloud dashboard and configure new RAID volume. You can refer below article to configure RAID set up in My Cloud device:

After completion of first RAID configuration, insert the remaining two hard drives in My Cloud enclosure
Follow the same process as above to create second RAID volume
Note : This process is Data Destructive and cannot be undone. Once the process begins, ALL THE DATA ON THE DRIVE WILL BE LOST.
