EX4100 fw 5.21.104 drive no longer accessible

raid level:5
drives: 4x 8tb
unused space: ~16tb yesterday

this morning my unit updated itself to fw 5.21.104 (successful) and now I am able log into the web page but it says “0kB free” and I can not access any of my files. I am also unable to try to redo the update since there is no free space.
when i go to decrypt the drive after i rebooted it, there was no “color changing ball pop up” but instead chrome said the page was “not responding”

it was a bad update install, even though it said it was successful, i did a manual fw update and then it booted and mounted the drives no issues
