Need to replace enclosure due to Fan failure. Is there a procedure I can follow to make sure everything stays set the way It was originally.

Well if the fan is failed of the enclosure please create a replacement of the drive if the drive is under warranty.

Moreover, if the drive is under warranty please go thru the given link in order to create RMA.
