EX4100 Failing Drive

I have an EX4100 about six years old, running in raid 5 configuration. I am getting the warning that one drive is failing (red light). I currently have all 6TB drives in the original configuration from WD.
I have two questions:

Can I replace the failing drive with a larger version? (the 10TB drive is only $40 more than the replacement 6TB drive).

Is there a procedure to replace the drive?

Yes and Yes. You can replace the 6 with a 10 but the raid 5 array will only use 6 tb of it. You can create a separate volume with the balance and make it simple storage (JBOD, no protection).

It’s all in the user guide. Shout back if you can’t find it.

The user guide I have talks about the raid configurations, but does not give any instructions on how to replace the drive.

Also, for the raid 5 array, do all drives have to be the same size?

I was thinking I could gradually replace each drive with a 10TB drive until all were the same. If I do that, will the configuration automatically change to use all the space? or will it be limited to the 6TB?
