EX4100 - Error code 635 with RAID 5

I have a MyCloud EX4100 with 4 disks, 4 TB each.
I want to change from RAID 0 to RAID 5.
But when doing so, I always get an error code 635, telling me that one of the disks has crashed.
The disk are brand new though and I always get “Good” for each of them.
Why can’t I install RAID 5?
