EX4100 - Error code 635 with RAID 5

I have a MyCloud EX4100 with 4 disks, 4 TB each.
I want to change from RAID 0 to RAID 5.
But when doing so, I always get an error code 635, telling me that one of the disks has crashed.
The disk are brand new though and I always get “Good” for each of them.
Why can’t I install RAID 5?

Without having more information, it sounds like there may be an issue with one particular HDD, the SATA port., or the device. It would be best to contact our support for assistance:

You should look under Network Attached Storage in the WD Community.

I tried to install RAID 5 again today, and it worked.
I don’t know why, but everything is running fine now.
As far as I am concerned, this case is closed.
