4 months ago my company bought a My Cloud EX4100, all good, but yesterday the NAS has stop responding, the display not show anything (in blanc) the fan no moving, when i press the power button the display blinks but there no signal of booting o life, i try press the reset button but nothing happens, im very worried because all company data is in that NAS, what is the possible problem o what can i do ?
