EX4100 doesn't read usb after upgrade to 5

Hello,
i had a wd usb drive attached to my ex4100 but, after upgrade, it can’t read usb anymore. I tried on every port and i attach a pen drive too, but nothing happens.

Please collect the system logs with the USB drive attached, open a support case and attach the system logs. It would also help to provide the make, model, firmware version, format of the drive and how the drive is partitioned.
